The short version
We are a heating and air conditioning company in Lancaster, Texas. We collect the information you give us so we can come fix your system. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it. We do not run advertising trackers on this website.
What this website collects
Our booking tool asks you a few questions about your system and then asks for your name, service address, and mobile number. Those answers are assembled in your own browser. When you tap “Text us” or “Email it instead”, your phone’s own messaging or email app opens with the message pre-filled. You choose whether to send it. Until you press send, nothing leaves your device and nothing reaches us.
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, pixels, or fingerprinting on this site.
Like nearly all websites, our web host records standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you requested. We use these only to keep the site running and to detect attacks. Our security software keeps these records for a limited period and then discards them.
What we collect when you contact us
When you text, email, or call us, or when we perform work for you, we may collect and keep:
- Your name, service address, phone number, and email address
- What you told us about your heating or cooling problem
- Records of the work we performed, parts used, and dates of service
- Invoices, payments, and warranty information
- Photographs of equipment we service, when relevant to the work
Text messages
If you ask us to text you, we will text you about your service request, appointment times, technician arrival, and follow-up on work we performed.

- Consenting to texts is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.
- We do not send marketing texts to anyone who has not asked for them, and we do not share your mobile number with anyone for their own marketing.
How we use your information
We use it to schedule and perform your service, to reach you about your appointment, to bill you, to honor warranties, to keep required business and tax records, and to answer questions about work we have done.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Our technicians and staff, so they can do the work
- Payment processors, to take payment
- Equipment manufacturers, when we are registering or claiming a warranty for you
- Our accountant or attorney, and government agencies where the law requires it
How long we keep it
We keep service and invoice records for as long as needed to honor warranties and to satisfy Texas business and tax record-keeping requirements. Requests that never became jobs are discarded once they are clearly no longer active.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it for tax, warranty, or legal reasons. Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. To make a request, email us at [email protected] or call (469) 268-7494. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging service for a home or business. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
If we link to another company’s site, such as an equipment manufacturer, this policy does not cover what they do with your information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
